Our Team at Homesavers looking for a motivated Store Manager to support our Senior Management team in driving sales and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at our Dublin store.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Management Team in achieving store performance targets.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
Analyse sales data and recommend actionable insights.
Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
Ensure merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
Support recruitment and manage weekly rosters.

Requirements

Strong background in retail supervision or management.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €36,000.00-€41,000.00 per year
