We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive shopping experience while managing store performance and team development.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing strategies.
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by promoting open communication and collaboration among staff members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
• Proficiency in math for budgeting and cash handling tasks.
• Ability to sell effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
• Administrative skills necessary for managing schedules, payroll, and inventory records.
• Familiarity with inventory buying processes is preferred but not required.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
