About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be a hands on and energetic leader who can inspire a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales performance while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth business flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and take proactive steps to maximize results.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, payroll inputs, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and improving performance.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
