Store Manager – San Clemente Palace Boutique

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of the boutique located inside the luxury hotel.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized luxury customer experience.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in line with Eleventy brand standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with hotel management to optimize the guest experience and create cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly professional appearance and strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Italian and English are mandatory; a third language is considered a plus (preferably Russian).
