Store Manager – 5 to go Ireland

5 to go is expanding in Ireland, and we are looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Smithfield location.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a fast-growing coffee concept built on speed, quality, and accessible pricing. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, builds strong team culture, and delivers operational excellence every day.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team
• Oversee daily operations (opening, closing, cash handling, compliance)
• Drive sales performance and upselling
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
• Manage rotas and staffing levels
• Control stock and ordering
• Ensure full food safety and HACCP compliance

This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be present on the floor, setting the tone and the standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in coffee shop or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in busy environments
• Commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive
• Experience with till systems and cash reconciliation

Coffee experience is important. Leadership ability is essential.
