Tuttoverde è un vivaio tradizionale supportato da un’azienda agricola, ma è anche un’impresa sociale che mette al centro i giovani e crea opportunità di formazione al lavoro.
Lo Store Manager che cerchiamo è una figura chiave responsabile della gestione complessiva dell'attività, che deve saper combinare competenze commerciali, organizzative e tecniche relative al mondo delle piante e del giardinaggio.
Competenze Richieste
- Conoscenze tecniche*: botanica, coltivazione piante, giardinaggio.
- Competenze commerciali*: vendita, marketing, gestione clienti.
- Capacità organizzative*: gestione personale, logistica, pianificazione.
- Comunicazione*: buona capacità di relazione con clienti e fornitori.
- Passione per il verde*: interesse per piante e giardinaggio.
- Passione per il sociale*: TuttoVerde è un'impresa sociale!
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €2.200,00 - €2.700,00 al mese
