Position Summary

The NOTL Store Manager plays a crucial role in:

  • Ensuring profitability
  • Driving strategic growth

The Store Manager is adept at recognizing opportunities for growth, crafting strategic plans to pursue these prospects, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to facilitate the team's effective execution. The Store Manager will lead by example and ensure that, aside from the growth of the business, the culture of MBCL is strong and thriving.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the store's growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the business.

KPI Management:

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.
  • Set targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed KPI benchmarks.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the store.
  • Identify and implement operational enhancements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Provide leadership to the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance staff skills.

Experience and Skills:

  • Goal-oriented
  • Problem solver
  • Organized
  • High customer-service skill set
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift 25kg repeatedly without restriction
  • Flexibility to work a fluctuating schedule

Warehouse experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
