This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader across Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Sale, Warragul or the broader Gippsland region looking to step into a business where you truly own the outcome.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead and develop your team to deliver strong sales performance

Drive conversion through coaching, product knowledge and customer engagement

Manage roster, wage control and productivity

Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards

Build a positive, accountable store culture

You won’t just manage — you’ll lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For

Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or high-performing Assistant ready to step up)

Strong commercial acumen — you understand sales, margin and wages

Confidence in coaching teams and holding performance conversations

High energy, hands-on leadership style

Ability to work weekends and peak trade periods

Experience in big box, furniture, hardware, outdoor, appliances or specialty retail will be highly regarded.
