As a Store Operations Support Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a key role within the Store Operation Support team in strengthening and enhancing store performance across our network. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively monitoring store performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, driving efficiency and consistency across stores
- Acting as a key liaison between stores and SSS departments to ensure clear communication, alignment, and smooth day-to-day operations
- Taking initiative to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardised processes that improve efficiency, reduce operational gaps, and enhance the customer experience
- Conducting regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards while identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Supporting stocktake processes and contributing to improved cost control and overall business performance
- Facilitating the effective flow of information between stores and support teams, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of store insights
Skills and Experiences:
- Retail leadership experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer tasks
- Familiarity with retail stocktakes and inventory management procedures
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- A strong growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with an ability to adapt to organisational changes
