Description:
Reporting to the Toowoomba Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Store Person duties and the safe delivery of Lubricants to our customers within the Roma/Maranoa Region.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Packing stock and picking of customer orders to fulfil regular runs
  • Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customers
  • Ensure compliance and safety are adhered to at all times
  • Complete stock takes and replenishment orders
  • Support other staff at aligning depots to maintain service levels
  • Administration duties including daily and end of month reconciliations
  • Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
  • Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
  • Day to Day Processing & Reports
  • Ability to complete Lubricant Deliveries to customers
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the Depot
Skills and Experience

  • Light Rigid driving licence required
  • Forklift licence
  • Attention to Detail
  • Picking & Packing / Warehousing experience would be beneficial
  • Understanding of manual handling and load restraint requirements
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication and numeracy skills
  • Fit and able to perform reasonable manual handling duties
  • Competent in Microsoft office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Experience in warehousing or the logistics and transport industry
  • Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
