Role Purpose

The Store Supervisor will support our management team in delivering top-tier service, maintaining a beautifully curated store, and guiding our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who loves retail, thrives on inspiring others, and appreciates a splash of bold style.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, memorable service that reflects our creative identity.

- Oversee daily sales tasks and contribute to team goals.

- Keep the store looking fresh and true to our design standards.

- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.

- Motivate sales staff to shine in a fast-paced environment.

- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.

- Support operational tasks within a 44-hour workweek.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of retail experience, with some supervisory skills a plus.

- A welcoming personality with a knack for customer care.

- Solid communication and a proactive approach.

- Basic tech skills and attention to detail.

- Enthusiasm for a brand that celebrates originality.

Working Hours

- Full-time, 44 hours per week, across a 7-day roster (including weekends).

- Occasional extra hours during busy seasons, with prior notice.
