Description:
About the Role:
As the sole Storeperson at our Seven Hills Factory/warehouse, you will play a fundamental role in our NSW Production Team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can prioritise, embraces a proactive, friendly approach, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods: Coordinate the efficient receipt of goods from suppliers.
Dispatching Goods: Organise the seamless and accurate shipment of goods.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.
Ensure orderliness/organisation of the warehouse
Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading of trucks and the unloading/loading of containers.
Manage and oversee delivery schedule runs and inter-company transfers
Ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes (direct involvement in picking and packing).
Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the management team to implement new warehousing management and efficiency systems.

Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Previous experience as a storeman in a manufacturing environment
Forklift licence is essential.
Computer literacy is required.
Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System essential.
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer and team-oriented mindset.
Strong willingness to learn, contribute to the team, and follow instructions.
Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
Attention to detail is a must.
Physically fit and healthy.
