Stores Administrator
Goods in. Receiving:
Ø Receive all goods coming into RCC stores.
Ø Physically, reconcile each order against delivery paperwork. Highlight discrepancies if any.
Ø Reconcile using RCC’s Exchequer Software goods received against goods ordered.
Ø Allocate goods received against outstanding Sales Orders or as purchases to replenish RCC stock.
Goods out. Despatch:
Ø Pick and pack items against Customer Sales Orders.
Ø Create Packing Documents followed by Sales Invoices using RCC’s Exchequer Software
Ø Prepare all orders for Courier pick-up
Ø Follow-up Outstanding Sales Orders with suppliers.
Housekeeping:
Ø Keep Stores area Clean and Tidy at all times.
Personal Qualities:
Ø Honest.
Ø Hardworking.
Ø Positive Attitude.
Ø Mechanically minded is an advantage
Ø Previous experience of Store work an advantage.
Ø Team player.
Ø Car owner.
Pay: €500.00 per week
