Roles & Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing materials as per requirement.
• Maintaining stock records and inventory updates.
• Handling inward and outward entries in ERP/SAP/Excel.
• Coordinating with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams.
• Checking material quantity and quality during receipt.
• Preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue slips.
• Monitoring stock availability and informing shortages.
• Maintaining proper storage and housekeeping in stores.
• Supporting stock audit and physical verification activities.
• Tracking FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
• Ensuring proper labeling and identification of materials.
• Maintaining daily reports related to stock movement.
• Handling vendor delivery coordination and documentation.
• Following safety procedures and store discipline.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge in inventory and store operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or Excel.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle records and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Store Operations preferred.
