Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving and issuing materials as per requirement.
- Maintaining stock records and inventory updates.
- Handling inward and outward entries in ERP/SAP/Excel.
- Coordinating with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams.
- Checking material quantity and quality during receipt.
- Preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue slips.
- Monitoring stock availability and informing shortages.
- Maintaining proper storage and housekeeping in stores.
- Supporting stock audit and physical verification activities.
- Tracking FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
- Ensuring proper labeling and identification of materials.
- Maintaining daily reports related to stock movement.
- Handling vendor delivery coordination and documentation.
- Following safety procedures and store discipline.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge in inventory and store operations.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle records and documentation efficiently.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Store Operations preferred.
