Description:
Kinetic Well Intervention Services is part of a progressive well servicing company specialising in Well Intervention, Completions, Workovers, Production Support and Fluid Management. We have been established for over 30 years and continue to provide market leading solutions within specialised areas.

The role is based in Roma, working Monday to Friday supporting the WIS Superintendents and wider WIS team. The Stores/Warehousing & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of systems and procedures, coordinate the warehouse, stores and inventory management functions to provide a continuous supply of materials, equipment and consumables that ensure efficient business unit operations.

About the role:
Plan and implement an efficient warehouse layout and ensure the warehouse facility operates safely.

Develop and maintain inventory control systems, and warehousing processes and procedures such as goods issue and receipt, order expediting and OSD returns to ensure adequate supply.
Ensure storage systems are operationally effective.
Ensure all housed inventory and equipment are stored safely and environmentally responsibly.
Perform regimented periodic inventory audits and stock takes to ensure inventory control system accuracy.
Conduct quality inspections on inventory and equipment before storing or rerouting.
Work with the internal stakeholders to establish demand forecasting and planning.
Maintain effective communication with all vendors and stakeholders when coordinating a delivery schedule, including ensuring updates on potential delays are being provided.
Control costs in accordance with agreed limits.
Be the primary point of contact for all supply governance and compliance issues and requests including facilitation of internal and external audits.
Handle, transport and store explosives as per Australian Standards.
Develop a waste management system for the warehouse to reduce environmental impact and costs.
Ensure all warehouse documentation and records are updated and archived appropriately.
Establish strong relationships with transport and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and receiving processes.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:
Tertiary qualification in supply management or logistics
C Class Manual Driver’s License (Mandatory)
PMASUP236 – Operate vehicles in the field (Mandatory)
QLD Explosives Security clearance
QLD license to transport explosives (preferred)
Industry Safety Induction (ISI) or Drilling and Completions General Induction (DCGI) (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, inventory or logistics management preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
Significant experience of dealing with vendors and logistics providers
Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
Strong experience with inventory software and control systems with familiarisation of barcoding or RFID systems
High level oral and written communication and numeracy skills.
Demonstrated experience of working cooperatively in a team environment and independently.
