Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on interview)
Experience: 2+ years in stores / inventory management
Job Type: Full-time, on-site

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Stores Officer to manage inward and outward movement of materials and keep production running without material delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and spare parts against PO
• Prepare GRN, issue slips, transfer notes and maintain stock records
• Issue materials to Production against authorised requisitions
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Monitor min/max stock levels and report shortages to Purchase/SCM
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and maintain 5S in the store
• Update inventory in ERP/SAP/Tally and prepare stock and consumption reports
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc preferred)
• Minimum 2-4 years of stores/inventory experience in a manufacturing company
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally and MS Excel
• Good record-keeping and coordination skills
