Roles & Responsibilities:

• Procuring materials, goods and services for the daily operations of the machine shop as per project requirements.
• Research, evaluate and develop new vendors and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Ensuring the purchased products meet the required standards.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare reports related to purchases, costs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ready to work in challenging environment, resolve Vendor issues in coordination with team members of other functions.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for the organization.
• Ensure that orders are delivered on time.
• Participate in industrial events to remain updated.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years in Purchase & Stores
• Qualification: Any relevant degree.
• Must have hands-on experience in ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability, excellent organizational skills, and strong leadership qualities.
• Vendor Management.
• Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are essential.
