In this role, strategy meets action. As our Strategic Impact Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in translating ideas into real outcomes, supporting the design, coordination and delivery of initiatives that make a genuine difference.
Working across programs and teams, you will guide best practice approaches, strengthen systems and processes, and build partnerships that enhance service delivery. You will bring people on the journey, building alignment and commitment to shared goals.

Do you fit the bill
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in community development, social impact, strategy or a related field
- Experience turning strategy into action, delivering initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across community, government or business sectors
- Solid project management capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills, including producing high-quality written materials and explaining complex ideas clearly
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to innovation
- Sound judgement, initiative, and a collaborative approach
- A genuine alignment with the values and purpose of Relationships Australia Tasmania
- Salary starting from $103,024+ Super / *Pro-rata
- Additional PAID leave days (up to 5 per year *pro-rata)
- Up to 4 weeks extra leave per year through our purchased leave scheme
- Additional Salary packaging options (up to $15,900 General Living Expenses and $2,650 Entertainment Benefits TAX FREE each FB year)
