This newly created Strategic Marketing Manager role exists to strengthen Cater Care’s presence in the market and support business growth through impactful brand storytelling and strategic marketing. As the business expands across new markets, sectors, and brands, we need a dedicated leader to shape our external messaging, elevate our brand identity, and align marketing efforts with business development goals. This role will ensure our voice in the market is clear, consistent, and compelling - positioning us for continued success and meaningful engagement with current and future clients.

Shape and manage external messaging to support business growth
Create content strategies across sectors, markets, and brands
Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business priorities
Measure performance and optimise strategies using data-driven insights
Champion brand consistency across all platforms and communications

Skills and Experiences:
About your skills

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Creative thinker with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident decision-maker with leadership and collaboration strengths
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platform
Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) or similar productivity tools
Google Analytics and Google Ads

About your background

Significant experience in strategic marketing or brand management roles
Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience developing content strategies for B2B or service-based organisations
Strong track record in aligning marketing with business development goals
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience mentoring or leading team members (formal or informal)
