About Rabaadi Financial Services

Rabaadi Financial Services is an AMFI and APMI registered financial services firm engaged in the distribution of regulated investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, NPS, Fixed Deposits, and other approved investment solutions. We operate a digital-first distribution ecosystem designed to support qualified finance professionals in scaling compliant investment distribution and AUM growth.

Role Overview

We are inviting qualified finance professionals to collaborate with Rabaadi Financial Services as Strategic Distribution Partners – Investment Services. This role is structured as a professional collaboration intended for individuals already active in, or formally pursuing, a career within the financial services industry.

This is not a full-time employment position, not an entry-level role, not an internship, and not a fixed-salary assignment.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • Licensed Insurance Agent, Loan Agent, or Financial Product Distributor
  • Independent Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN holder) or ARN applicant
  • Finance professional actively pursuing or holding a recognized designation such as:
  • CFA
  • CFP
  • CIWM / CWM
  • CA / CS / CMA
  • MBA (Finance)
  • LLB with exposure to finance, securities, or regulatory practice
  • Professionals currently working in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Lending, or Capital Markets
  • Must possess an existing professional or investor network capable of contributing to sustainable AUM growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing professional network to expand outreach for regulated investment products
  • Introduce prospective investors or distribution partners aligned with compliance requirements
  • Participate in discussions, meetings, and coordination related to partner or client onboarding
  • Support long-term AUM growth through relationship-driven engagement
  • Adhere strictly to SEBI, AMFI, APMI, and applicable regulatory and compliance standards
  • Maintain professional conduct and accurate representation of products and services

Compensation Structure

  • Performance-linked commercial arrangement only
  • Compensation tied to successful onboarding and/or revenue contribution
  • No fixed salary, stipend, or hourly compensation
  • Commercial terms disclosed during formal discussion with shortlisted candidates

Work Structure

  • Flexible working hours
  • Expected commitment aligned with individual availability and business objectives
  • Suitable for professionals managing parallel engagements

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹378,202.00 - ₹2,085,222.32 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
