An influential relationship builder with a passion for driving growth and creating value for members and employers, you will bring:
- RG146 qualification and a strong understanding of the superannuation industry.
- Proven success in business development, relationship management, or account management, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, influence stakeholders, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from individual members to senior industry stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
- A customer-centric approach with experience managing complex enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced digital and computer literacy, with confidence using CRM systems, data insights, and business technology platforms.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA as required.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve ways of working, streamline processes, and deliver practical business outcomes.
