Your mission

• Manage and coordinate procurement activities (identification of suppliers, RfQ, analysis of offers, preparation of procurement decisions, final negotiations, conclusion of contracts
• Develop global supplier strategies and ensure their implementation
• Through skillful price, contract and capacity negotiations, you make a significant contribution to the company's success
• Identify and drive target cost and design-to-cost activities
• Ensure a functioning supply chain by building strategic partnerships with business-critical suppliers
• Identify and drive continuous improvement activities (e.g.: optimization of the supplier evaluation process, market analysis, time-to-market, KPI definition, etc.)
• Support activities across departmental boundaries (e.g. transportation, supplier quality, product development, forecast planning, etc.)

Your skills

• Completed training with a business and/or technical focus or many years of professional experience in technical or strategic purchasin
• 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, supply chain management, purchasing
• You are a team player with an affinity for strategic and analytical thinking and enjoy working across departmental boundaries
• Very good German and English skills
• You are an Excel professional
• If you can also speak Chinese, we are completely thrilled, but you should definitely have experience in Asia

For this position, the CBA minimum is € 2.392 and we are willing to offer a significant overpayment in alignment with your experience and qualification. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
