- Work closely with senior members of the strategy team to develop breakthrough and actionable brand and communications strategies.
- Understand how our clients’ business work, and the role we play in reaching business goals.
- Help to shape brand and communications strategy on specific accounts.
- Support new business growth on the account with the account lead and appropriate other team members within VIRTUE.
- Is part of planning projects from inception to completion: create research plans, develop insights, write briefs, collaborate with the creative, account and client teams, facilitate and direct brainstorming sessions, and continue to see the project through in all its phases.
- Establish strong and collaborative relationships with teams across the business including account, creative, analytics, and more.
- Mostly a support role, but has the opportunity to be strategy lead on smaller projects with coaching and feedback.
- Can play a sizable role in thought leadership projects throughout the process, including presentation.
- Always striving to make the work better.
- Can compile relevant online research without explicit guidance.
- Can ideate quickly and creatively to solve problems
- Can recognize the difference between facts, observations and insights.
- Can create an artifact that is error-free down to the letter, fact, and pixel.
- Can write and speak clearly and intelligently when comfortable and prepared.
- Can give a colleague, regardless of seniority, warm and honest feedback.
- Has conducted and led qualitative research streams for global clients
- Thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- You are starting to develop a voice for your writing, thinking and presenting.
- You are able to take the lead on developing briefs and briefing decks as appropriate.
- You are able to share thinking directly with clients as appropriate.
- You are able to work with creatives and understand how to support them with clarity and insight throughout the process.
- You are able to put together research plans and conduct interviews as appropriate.
- You are able to understand business and market dynamics.
- As a global agency, additional language skills are always a bonus
- Open to travel as necessary
- Experience of working in sportswear, fashion or tech is an advantage
