Your Tasks:
- Support and coordinate Mergers & Acquisitions processes: sourcing, pipeline building, project management
- Identify global markets, industries, and technologies for growth and diversification
- Drive communication and stakeholder engagement on M&A activities
- Participate in M&A due diligence processes
- Support post-acquisition integration and monitor transaction commitments
- Contribute to the strategy process and build strategic presentations
- Coordinate global market intelligence collection and analysis
Your Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferred Master's in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with M&A - due diligence experience, with strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation
- Team player with experience in cross-functional, international environments
- Willingness and availability for occasional international travel
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
