Job Title: Demolition Crew Lead – House Strip-Outs

Job Summary:
We need a Demolition Crew Lead to work hands-on and manage a small team removing the inside parts of houses before renovations.

Key Duties:

• Work together with the crew to remove kitchens, bathrooms, walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Lead the team and make sure all work is done safely.
• Organize and use tools and equipment properly.
• Report work progress to the supervisor.
• Help train new workers.

Requirements:

• Experience with house strip-outs or demolition work.
• Leadership skills to manage and work with a small team.
• Good knowledge of safety and using PPE.
• Physically fit and able to work.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Basic English skills.

Pay: €13.52-€15.00 per hour
