Join Our Team as a Structural Fabricator

We’re seeking a skilled Structural Fabricator to specialize in structural welding and fabrication. If you have a strong passion for structural steelwork and the expertise to craft high-quality welded assemblies, we want to hear from you. This role focuses on precision, craftsmanship, and safety while contributing to complex structural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld structural components using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and specifications to assemble structural components.
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts for assembly/welding using proper fixtures and procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets structural and safety standards.
• Operate fabrication equipment, such as press brakes, shears, and plasma cutters, for structural applications.
• Chip, grind, or polish welds to meet project specifications.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to solve fabrication challenges and meet project deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with heavy fabrication and structural projects.
• Familiarity with structural welding codes (e.g., AWS D1.1 standards).
• QA/ISO-compliant environment experience.
• Forklift certification or experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in structural welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform fabrication tasks.

• Pay Rate: $20-$28 Per Hour
