Job Summary

Our Design/Build company needs an experienced Senior Structural Steel Detailer to join our team part-time. We’re looking for a hardworking energetic professional who enjoys meeting challenges and working in a team environment on contract.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of five (5) years Structural Steel Detailing experience
• Must be excellent in 3D skills-5 yrs plus
• Must have 2 years of working in Canada on Design projects
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Design/Detail Steel Structures with experience detailing Beams, Columns, Connectors, Braces, etc, etc....
• With 5 to 10 years plus of Detailing experience plus you can design from concepts independently
• Create real shop drawings from customer 3D or 2D Models for field assemblers
• Create 3D models and drawings from conceptual designs

Job Type: Contract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,753.89-$50,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Structural Steel Shop Drawings: 5 years (required)
