What the job is …

You will join a small, agile unit anchored in the CIO Office, supporting key IT initiatives across Satair. Your mission is to provide crucial administrative and procurement support, ensuring essential business processes are executed accurately and on time.

While you'll gain exposure to strategic discussions, your main contribution will be centered on the core functions that enable the team's efficiency. This involves serving as a General Procurement (GP) Delegate , taking charge of vendor setup by generating Procurement Validation Templates (PVT) and creating new Vendors in our systems. You will manage the procurement lifecycle by creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal rules. The role is rounded out by providing essential ad-hoc support to the CIO Office team and leaders, alongside general administrative tasks such as organizing documentation and maintaining trackers. Ultimately, this role is a chance to build your professional foundation, understand corporate IT governance, and be a reliable support partner to leaders across Satair IT.

How you will contribute to the team

• Become a trusted General Procurement Delegate , taking responsibility for creating necessary PVTs and new Vendor entries to onboard new suppliers.

• Be the go-to person for creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) , ensuring compliance with procurement processes in SAP.

• Provide timely ad-hoc operational support and assistance for immediate team needs.

• Perform crucial administrative tasks , including documentation management and file organization.

• Help maintain high standards of data integrity and process compliance within the CIO Office.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., in your first or second year).

• Highly structured and detail-oriented —you take pride in accurate administration and following processes.

• Experience or familiarity with administrative tasks and/or working in a professional office environment is an advantage.

• Comfortable working independently and proactively, taking ownership of your tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks.

• A quick learner with a proactive, service-minded attitude and a strong willingness to help.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Familiarity with SAP or other financial/ERP systems is a significant plus, especially for PO creation.
