About the role

The Nordics Commercial Activation team is looking for a Student Assistant to help drive the commercial agenda across the region. This is a hands-on role supporting activation, trade engagement, and field sales enablement across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, with direct exposure to local markets and cross-functional commercial teams.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

Own a defined commercial activation project end-to-end, with autonomy to drive it forward
Support the development and execution of activation plans across Nordic markets and channels
Help strengthen trade engagement through customer materials, toolkits, presentations, and performance follow-up
Enable field sales teams with clear selling stories, activation guidance, and practical tools for execution
Track activation performance, consolidate market feedback, and identify opportunities to improve commercial impact across the Nordics

What we’re looking for

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar)
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence using Excel and PowerPoint
Commercially curious and interested in how brands win with customers, retailers, and shoppers
A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to turn plans into clear and practical execution
Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an advantage

For this role, the Hourly Salary is 160 DKK.
