About the Role
As a Student Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting HR activities across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. The job offers a wide mix of coordination, communication and hands-on execution, giving you the chance to develop practical skills within talent attraction, content creation and stakeholder management.
Overall, you’ll tackle a variety of exciting and developmental tasks aimed at giving potential job seekers compelling reasons to apply with us. There are plenty of great stories to tell - we just need you to share them effectively. We value feedback and innovative ideas, so if you have suggestions for new projects, we’re eager to hear them.
You will join Demant’s Talent Acquisition team working closely with various stakeholders, colleagues from both HR, marketing and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit content for employer branding, including video, graphics, and materials for events and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Web)
Coordinate and facilitate Employer Branding activities, including career fairs, company visits and case competitions such as Demant Audio Explorers
Support HR initiatives across talent attraction, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding
Chair the Student Network steering committee and drive initiatives that strengthen community, learning and culture for 100+ students
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a student who brings both structure and energy into the role. Someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating many moving parts and creating communication that feels genuine and engaging.
- We imagine that you are pursuing a relevant higher education degree, preferably in your third year or beyond (e.g., within psychology, communications, HR, business, or organisational studies)
- You are an outgoing communicator who builds relationships easily and feels comfortable engaging with students, colleagues, and external partners
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in your way of working and can keep an overview even when several projects that need to be executed in parallel
- You have an interest in video production and storytelling for a young and technical audience. E.g. experience with social media or media production via Clipchamp or Adobe Premiere Pro
- You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions, while also knowing when to seek guidance from more experienced colleagues
- You communicate fluently in English at a business level
The role is approximately 15-20 hours per week. You will report to our Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Partner and work under flexible terms that support your studies.

Location and Start Date
The position is based at Demant’s headquarters in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, easily accessible with public transport. We aim to welcome our new colleague on the 19th of January.
