Student Assistant For Tech & Talent

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team, helping us find and hire the amazing engineers who build Lunar every day.

What will you do?

• Screening applications and helping identify great candidates for Technology Department

• Supporting sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other channels

• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates

• Keeping our candidate data and job postings up to date in Teamtailor (our ATS)

• Helping organize hiring manager meetings, feedback sessions, and other TA projects

• Jumping in on ad-hoc initiatives — from employer branding content to recruitment analytics

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on your last semester — ideally within Engineering or IT

• Curious about recruitment, people, and how organizations grow
  Structured, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership of your own tasks

• Comfortable communicating in English

• Experienced with digital tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Gemini) and quick to pick up new systems
