As part of our Household Care team in the Planetary Health division, you will join a cross functional Global Strategic Account team working to develop more sustainable solutions for everyday products.

The Role & Your Impact

As our Student Assistant, you will support both day-to-day account operations and long-term strategic initiatives. You will gain hands‑on exposure to both qualitative and quantitative analysis, ranging from product profitability and pricing to market development and consumer behaviour.
Many of your projects will involve transforming data into compelling presentations that support strategic decision‑making. You will be trusted to take ownership of your own processes while also supporting the team with operational and administrative tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing financial, market, and strategic analyses that feed into key account discussions

  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to inform commercial and strategic decisions

  • Supporting sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting

  • Preparing clear and compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management

  • Assisting the team during new product launches, commercial negotiations, and internal stakeholder engagements

  • Driving independent processes that enable the team to deliver on key strategic priorities

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Be in the final year of your bachelor’s degree and planning to continue into a master’s programme

  • Possess an academic profile that includes both quantitative and qualitative skills

  • Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Be a quick and proactive learner with strong communication skills, including full professional proficiency in written and verbal English

  • Be a great team player who also takes responsibility and works independently

  • Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is an advantage but not a requirement

Relevant information
