Student Assistant - Procurement

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Tracking and follow up on assigned tasks

• Supplier creation and maintenance

• Creation and follow up on purchase orders and invoices

• Ensuring a smooth process of procure to pay (P2P)

• Coding of invoices

• Communications with stakeholders

• Cross functional position

• Ad hoc troubleshooting

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Financial and business understanding, if possible

• Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge - good to have

• Fluent in both spoken and written English/DanishGood communication skills

• Good overview of assigned tasks and their status
