Join the Nordic Sales Excellence team, a dynamic group of 16 skilled high achievers with differing educational backgrounds, experiences, and personalities. What you will be doing:

You will work with Pursuit leads on some of our firm's most important bids, support in optimising and professionalising the Nordic pursuit process, and have the opportunity to work with dedicated people of all levels across multiple industries and build a strong professional network.

We need someone who is interested in:

  • Visual communication in proposals
  • Developing content for proposal materials
  • Supporting large proposals across the Nordics
  • Coordinating tasks for different projects
  • Managing databases and libraries of relevant pursuit proposal documentation.

The work corresponds to approximately 20-25 hours per week, but can vary depending on busy periods, where we expect a certain degree of flexibility from your side. Of course, we offer flexibility in return and will naturally respect your exam periods.


Qualifications

  • You are proactive and take ownership and are ready to go the extra mile
  • You are ambitious with high focus on quality
  • You have a flair for graphical layout
  • You understand the relationship between written text and visual expression
  • You are skilled and capable of working in PowerPoint
  • You are strong in written communication and have an expert level of Danish and English
  • You are currently pursuing your higher education – possibly with a communication or graphic focus.

As a person, you are outgoing, service-minded, and curious to always learn more. You are engaged, driven, enjoy challenging yourself, and always take ownership, thus able to manage your own tasks. You thrive in a department that works together, celebrates each other's successes, and where there is room for diversity.
