Job Description

Karier Academy is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Student Counsellors to work from home. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and convert enquiries into admissions.

This is a commission-based opportunity where your earnings depend on the number of student admissions you generate. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
• Handle student enquiries professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and lead follow-up reports.
• Achieve admission targets and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the Karier Academy team regarding admissions.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and WhatsApp.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Sales, telecalling, or counselling experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
