Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Student Counselor - Edtech sales to handle admissions for UG/PG programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to guide students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or education sales will be an advantage.
