Are you a great problem-solver with an eye for detail and solid communication skills? If so, our Talent Attraction & People Development team could be the perfect match for you!

The job

Here’s what the job entails

Your primary focus will be to support our Talent Attraction & People Development team in driving company-wide people development activities.

Concretely, your responsibilities include:

Meet the team

As our new junior people development specialist, you will join our Talent Attraction & People Development team, who is responsible for attracting and developing diverse and talented people. Our purpose is to shape a people development agenda with ambitious goals that support employees on their lifelong learning journeys.

We are a team of six specialists in talent attraction and people development, who are all passionate about making a positive impact on our colleagues. We are curious by nature and we have a great team spirit with lots of fun every step of the way. We also enjoy spending time outside of work, whether it is playing a round of padel tennis or enjoying dinner together.

In this role, you will contribute to helping our people reach their full potential. So, if you dream of developing both yourself and others, this is the job for you!

We also imagine that you:
