MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

As a Student Marketing, you will report to the Brand Manager in immunology team and support marketing colleagues and cross-functional team with:

• Adjusting global campaigns and materials to local requirements
• Developing and updating presentations for healthcare professionals
• Producing marketing materials on Lilly medicine for Account Managers
• Incorporating clinical trial results into marketing materials
• Contributing to discussions with your perspective

ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

• Gaining knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical industry
• Learning from cross-functional team members (like Medical, Omnichannel Marketing, Market Access, Ethics and Compliance, Regulatory, Quality)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year of bachelor in health science or business (i.e. pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, medicine)
• Language skills: Finnish, strong English skills, Swedish is a plus
• Software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of graphic or online platforms is a plus
• Excited to learn about pharmaceutical products and science behind them
• Capable of working independently and under pressure, prioritizing work, taking initiative and responsibility
• Structured, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of strategic marketing and communications
• Thrive in a result-oriented and cross-functional work environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and precise in execution
• Comfortable sharing ideas for process enhancement
• Strong communicator and quick learner

PRACTICALITIES:

• Location: Eli Lilly Finland, Helsinki
• Competitive hourly payment, full-time preferred, part-time optional
• Fixed-term contract for 12 months
