The successful candidate will possess good judgment and problem-solving skills with excellent customer service, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills. Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the successful candidate will support strategic enrolment management initiatives including systematic Registrarial records review and identification of students at risk and creation of reports for intervention. They will develop extensive knowledge of a complex student information system (SIS). What you will be doing: Maintain user access (staff) by reviewing appropriateness of accessibility, granting access rights, updating them annually, and removing them when necessary; Build fees and ancillaries into SIS for three (3) Intakes annually for all campuses for different student bodies (Domestic and International) and other partners; Responsible for understanding and implementing each financial revenue code and funding amounts for all programs (Domestic and International) on every campus including Business and Community Development and private college partners; Respond to Increasing complexity of Ministry reports including International enrolment numbers whose files need to be a part of Audit Enrolment, CSER, KPI, Statistics Canada; Develop queries/reports in consultation with system consultants, prepares and submits various Ministry reports and internal statistical reports used for administrative planning purposes; and Responsible for processing revisions, updates and changes to student records as submitted by Coordinators, such as coordinating the inputting of all course grades, producing and distributing all transcripts on a college wide basis. What you will need to be considered: Minimum 2-year diploma in Business or Office Administration and/or Information Systems program or related/relevant field; and Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working with database/programs.
