- Facilitating the recruitment of students from mainland Europe, US and other markets in accordance with agreed targets
- Developing and managing partner relationships for the College to support the delivery of our Internationalisation strategic objectives. This includes existing partners as well as developing new partnerships annually
- Researching and identifying new partnership and recruitment opportunities within the higher education sector in selected markets, including colleges, universities, and study abroad providers.
- Deliver presentations, webinars, and information sessions to promote the College’s programmes to Partners/ Agents and their students where required
- Arrange visits/meetings to partner colleges as per an approved travel plan
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager for Europe and US
- In conjunction with the Business Development manager for Europe and US, to develop, deliver and evaluate student recruitment plans for target schools within designated regions.
- Review plans on a regular basis and the monitoring and management of the recruitment target to assess if objectives are been met
- Provide comprehensive reports on partner visits and to ensure that market intelligence gained through recruitment activity is fed back to colleagues within the recruitment function to inform future activity.
- Responsible in ensuring all administration processes associated with recruitment and
- Monitoring and reporting on trends and performance data specific to the key markets, including conversion and retention metrics.
- To build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including academic recruitment staff, Admissions teams, Student Experience and Careers and to work collaboratively with these stakeholders to support EU recruitment.
- Act as Liaison and contact Person for relevant Colleges and Partners
- Conduct regular follow up call campaigns with Partners
- Follow up with student recruitment leads and applications at all statuses by phone, email or any other communication channel as directed
- Liaising with all applicants from Partner Colleges and Agents regarding status of their application
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Digital Content Assistant in developing relevant marketing communications for European partners and their students and building marketing plans for markets
- Attendance at International Days, Open events, Recruitment fairs, virtual fairs, registration and Induction events in Europe and in DBS
- Assist in other student recruitment areas when required
- Additional administrative and marketing tasks as delegated by management
- To maintain, update and keep abreast of own professional knowledge/sector wide issues relating to areas particular to the role and to share best practice and train other colleagues as necessary
- Regular interaction with the Admissions Office
- Co-operation with Sales, Marketing and Academic Operations and Student Services teams
- Partner Schools and their students

- Organisational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of US markets is desirable
- Proven ability to communicate information to the public in an effective and professional manner
- Excellent Interpersonal and written communication skills
- Good computer & keyboard skills, preferably including word processing, databases,
- Experience/knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce desired)
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Flexible approach to work as there may be some evenings and weekend work required as well as international travel
- Third level qualification
- Experience of working within the educational sector and with partners and institutions
- Experience in relationship management
- European Language is desirable
