The Impact You'll Make
As our Student Assistant – AI & Digital Workflow Enablement , you will support the transformation of internal ways of working from manual, ad-hoc activities to scalable, reliable, and secure AI-enabled workflows. You will build and deliver intelligent automations and LLM integrations based on real company data and real business needs.
You will free up product and business teams from repetitive work, improve speed and quality of strategic decision, and make our internal knowledge and data easier to access and use. Your solutions will directly support critical operations such as sales cycle optimization, customer and market insights, training and content production, document handling and more.
From the office in Copenhagen, you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders such as business, product, tech team and global IT, taking ownership from idea to deployment. The position requires active participation, and it is driven by results, with a focus on producing solutions that are ready for production.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build, test, and deploy agentic automation flows using Python (or another mainstream language) and open-source GenAI/LLM frameworks and APIs.
Develop and integrate data pipelines including web scraping, document loaders, database connections, data parsing, and workflow automation.
Prototype and launch tools that improve speed and quality in different areas.
Deliver end-to-end execution: from initial research and specification to coding, deployment, monitoring.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and tech to deliver secure, compliant solutions, with appropriate attention to data security and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
You are currently studying software engineering, computer science, data science, or a similar technical degree (BSc or MSc).
You have strong programming ability (Python highly preferred; JS/Node/Java/C# also considered if your GenAI/agent work is strong).
You have hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Flowise, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
You are comfortable working with APIs, automation workflows, and data integration, taking a project from idea to a working script/app with minimal guidance, and document the solution for operational use.
You communicate clearly in English and understand the importance of data security and privacy when working with sensitive information.
What You'll Get from Us
A high-impact role with meaningful ownership – you will deliver tools used by product and business teams.
Guidance from experienced product and engineering leads, with exposure to real-world AI delivery challenges (data quality, security, adoption, and operations).
Flexibility to combine studies and work, with a practical hybrid setup depending on your situation and project needs.
An opportunity to build a portfolio of production deployments: agents, data pipelines, RAG systems, and workflow automations.
