• Support our HR key user in time management activities.
• Support managers and individual contributors
• Support HR Business Partner, but also CEO, Finance Manager and MarCom manager on general HR and administrational tasks.
• Change Management
• Internal Communication

• You have started on an education (Bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or equal, and want to work part-time (20-40%) alongside your studies.
• You have a proven record of training and internal communication activities.
• Experience with or interest in payroll administration and/or SAP would be beneficial.
• Experienced user of IT systems and applications

• You are independent, willing to learn and take initiative.
• You are accurate and structured.
• You are service minded, with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
• You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
• You are an advanced user of IT systems and applications.
