The Customer Project Execution (CPX) Project Management Standards department, part of the CPX Global PMO, plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects across regions. This department integrates the Processes and Systems teams to deliver standardized solutions that enhance efficiency, profitability, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting document management and development.
- Maintaining Stage Gate Models and providing user support.
- Creating or updating communication and training materials.
- Maintaining Team SharePoints.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with at least one year remaining.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; Visio is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with data analysis is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAC is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English.
- Efficient in handling repetitive tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, emphasizing clear and structured information sharing.
- Solid interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating in an international team.
- Solid coordination and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, committed to delivering timely, high-quality work.
- Engaging with colleagues and managing tasks.

Primary work location: Aarhus or Copenhagen.
This is a part time position, where you will be expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
