Submission Document Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Submission Document Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, with a strong focus on document analysis, ECO (Energy Company Obligation) submissions, and audit checks. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the ECO submissions audit process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Perform detailed document analysis to ensure compliance with ECO/Ofgem policies and standards.

• Conduct audit checks on documentation to identify discrepancies.

• Utilise Microsoft Excel, PDF Reader and other computer-based tools to complete the audits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support office operations and project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.

• Ideally have strong knowledge of ECO submissions and related processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• A working understanding in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Appropriate communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with audit practices and standards.
