Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to help extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support decision-making.
- Visualize data and insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- -2+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with unstructured data.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methods.

Minimum Qualifications
As of June of the Program year the prospective interne must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
