Summer Student - Product & Contract Support (M/F/X)

For our department Contracting and Product Support Departme within LuxairTours, we are looking for a (an):

Summer Student - Product & Contract Support (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Ensure general assistance and administrative tasks
• Prepare and provide various documents & statistics
• Entry and updating of hotel data in the contracting system
• Support & handling special offers treatment
• Prepare & support of occasional projects

Required profile:

Profile (required criteria or to be acquired):

• Finalizing his/her studies in tourism
• Be able to work independently and organized
• Work carefully, focused and well structured
• Be familiar in standard applications of MS office
• Be trilingual (English, French and German) – Knowledge of Luxemburgish and of any other language will be considered an asset

Dates :

• Missions entre le 02/06/2025 et le 27/07/2025 (4 weeks at least - 8 weeks max)
