For our department Digital Exp.Product Management within General Services, we are looking for a (an):

Summer student - Servicedesk (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• General assistance to ongoing activity in IT
• Participate on various areas of IT
• Infrastructure
• Development
• Project management
• Data science
• Solution architecture/design
• Cloud technologies
• Eager to learn and join interesting areas of IT
• Contract review/cleaning

Required profile:

• Proactive attitude
• Fluent in English - both written and oral
• Knowledge of German, French or Luxemburgish language will be considered an asset.

• Well progress in your studies in IT or any related area.
• Be able to work team-oriented and independently
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
• Show a strong ability of communication
• Demonstrate a good sense of urgency and flexibility
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data.

• Availabilities from 30/06/2025 to 31/08/2025 (4 weeks at least - 8 weeks max)
