Introduction

We are looking for Summer Trainees in Customer Logistics, Global Order Operations team.

As a Summer Trainee, Global Order Operations, you will work with some of the following tasks:

Work for defined sales order and purchase order changes after orders are entered which includes, removal of delivery blocks, order cancellations, supplier delay changes and monitoring for intercompany transactions.
Help the team with the backlog follow-up
Sales order backlog monitoring and communication to different market areas
Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders
Expediting coordination for all sales orders
Communication of order changes to all stakeholders involved
Communication between logistics, master data, operative purchasing, availability management, and customer care
Additionally, you will get to know the SAP processes and get acquainted with the work in the ticketing tool (sales force)

To succeed:
A higher degree study background in for example in Business or Engineering preferred.
Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed. .
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools, also SAP ERP preferred.
Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
Global Supply Chain Management a plus and understanding of Global Logistics Network.

Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
