We are looking for a

Summer Trainee, Mechanics

to join Normet’s Concrete Spraying team in Iisalmi, on 04.05 – 28.8 2026.

We are looking for a summer trainee to take care of maintenance engineering and on-call support. In this position, you will participate in mechanical engineering, trouble shooting and on-call support.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Maintenance engineering and on-call

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

• E.g. Bachelor or a Master degree’s student in mechanical engineering field
• Studies or experience from automation, hydraulics and electrics are considered as an advantage
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive way of working and eagerness to learn
• Results-driven attitude
