Summer Trainee, Pricing & Analytics

To join Normet’s Services Pricing team in Iisalmi/Kuopio/Espoo/Tampere, between 4th May to 28th August.

The team is responsible for services pricing and analytics, and its mission is to support the business to be competitive and profitable. We are looking for a summer trainee to support our team with a variety of daily tasks and to independently lead a jointly selected project.

In this role, you will be involved in developing spare parts and field service pricing, and you will also have the possibility to participate in analytics development.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Manage daily price requests and set new prices for parts
• Support the business by providing data and insight upon request
• Analyze the service business and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor competition and cost changes

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

• Genuine interest in pricing topics
• Master’s level studies considered as an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Fluency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
